We believe homeowners should know what to expect before starting a fence project.
Here’s how we typically work, from the first conversation to the finished installation.

When you reach out, we’ll ask a few basic questions about your property and the type of fence you’re considering.
For most projects, we schedule an on-site visit so we can take accurate measurements and account for grading, layout, and any existing fencing.
We explain pricing clearly based on materials, scope, and site conditions. There’s no pressure to move forward, and you’ll have time to ask questions before making a decision.

During the estimate, we’ll walk through available options such as vinyl, wood, composite, or metal fencing.
We explain the differences in durability, maintenance, appearance, and cost so you can choose what fits your needs and budget.
If something isn’t a good fit for your property or goals, we’ll tell you upfront.

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the installation based on availability and material lead times.
Most residential fence projects are scheduled within a reasonable window, depending on scope and weather.
We confirm timing in advance so you know when to expect the crew.

On installation day, our crew arrives with the necessary materials and equipment.
We take care to protect the property while removing old fencing (if required) and installing the new fence according to plan.
We work efficiently, keep the job site organized, and minimize disruption while work is underway.

After installation, we clean up the work area and review the completed fence with you.
If you have questions or notice anything you’d like to discuss, we address it before closing out the job.
Our goal is for you to feel comfortable with both the process and the finished result.

We don’t believe in surprises, upselling, or vague promises.
Our focus is on clear communication, solid workmanship, and making sure you understand each step before moving forward.
If you’re considering a fence project and have questions about how the process works, we’re happy to talk it through.
